Last updated: July 26, 2026

These terms govern access to the Feyther website and platform.

Plain English Summary

Feyther helps teams run recruiting and hiring workflows with software and AI-assisted tools.

Use the platform lawfully and honestly. Do not upload misleading information, infringing content, or harmful code.

AI outputs are recommendations and workflow support only. They are not guaranteed to be correct and are not a substitute for human judgment.

You keep ownership of the content you upload, but you give Feyther permission to use it to operate and improve the service.

We do not promise uninterrupted service, job placement, or any specific hiring outcome.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Feyther, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Feyther is a recruiting and hiring platform that helps employers and candidates manage applications, interviews, assessments, communications, and related workflows.

Feyther may include AI-assisted features such as resume analysis, interview summaries, candidate insights, workflow automation, and operational reporting.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for ensuring that users you invite or administer comply with these terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of resumes, job descriptions, interview responses, recordings, assessments, documents, and other content you upload to Feyther.

You grant Feyther a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and use that content and that it does not violate the law or third-party rights.

5. AI Features

Feyther may use third-party and proprietary AI systems to generate scores, summaries, classifications, recommendations, transcripts, and workflow outputs.

These outputs are provided on an as-is basis for decision support and operational efficiency. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unavailable.

Feyther does not independently make employment decisions on behalf of employers, and customers remain responsible for their own hiring decisions, legal compliance, and human oversight.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Feyther to violate the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, upload malware, scrape the service, reverse engineer restricted parts of the platform, interfere with normal operation, or submit false or misleading information.

You may not use Feyther to build competing datasets or models from platform outputs except where we expressly allow it in writing.

7. Fees and Changes

Some Feyther features may be free, and others may be paid under a separate order, subscription, or commercial agreement. If pricing changes for self-serve services, we will provide notice before the changes take effect.

8. Intellectual Property

Feyther owns the service, including the software, branding, interface design, documentation, and other platform materials, excluding user content and third-party materials.

Except as allowed by law or with our written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from Feyther.

9. Third-Party Services

Feyther relies on third-party providers for infrastructure, communications, analytics, storage, and AI-related functionality. Your use of some features may involve those providers processing data on our behalf.

We may use analytics providers such as PostHog to understand platform performance and product usage. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies where applicable.

10. Disclaimers

Feyther is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, the accuracy of AI outputs, job placement, candidate success, or any specific business result.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feyther and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feyther's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of 100 U.S. dollars or the amount you paid Feyther for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Feyther harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Feyther at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created security risk, failed to pay applicable fees, or used the platform in a way that could harm Feyther or others.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Feyther contracts with you, excluding conflict of law rules, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Before starting formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at hello@feyther.com so we can try to resolve the dispute informally.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If changes are material, we will post the revised terms and may provide additional notice. Continued use of Feyther after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
